Instructions

  1. Mix the nut nougat cream with sour cream, sour cream, icing sugar, cappuccino powder and cocoa until creamy.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the nougat mixture.
  3. Peel and quarter the apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Mix the apple pieces with lemon juice so that they do not turn brown.
  4. Spread the cream over 4 glasses.
  5. Sprinkle the apple cubes and cake crumbs on top and decorate with a few mint leaves.
