- Mix the nut nougat cream with sour cream, sour cream, icing sugar, cappuccino powder and cocoa until creamy.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the nougat mixture.
- Peel and quarter the apple, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Mix the apple pieces with lemon juice so that they do not turn brown.
- Spread the cream over 4 glasses.
- Sprinkle the apple cubes and cake crumbs on top and decorate with a few mint leaves.
