Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and lightly fry the onion + garlic in it. Then fry the minced meat.
  2. In the meantime, cut the peppers into small pieces, including the pickled ones, and add to the meat.
  3. Deglaze the meat mixture with the tomatoes and vegetable stock and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, cook 1 large cup of rice separately.
  5. To refine: stir in 1 cup of sour cream and the herbs before serving.
  6. Add the rice and the whole thing with: 1 heaped. Tbsp paprika sweet and 1 tablespoon paprika hot pink, salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Tip: You can of course cook the rice completely in the stew, but you have to make sure that there is enough liquid, otherwise it will burn very easily!
