Chop the paprika, onions and garlic into small pieces, place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish and add a little olive oil, pepper, salt and chilli. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
After about 25 minutes of baking, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
Take the vegetables out of the oven and puree them with the cream. Add to the drained pasta and serve well mixed.
