Pour the oil into the pan, add the bacon and fry it very hot so that the bacon gets color. Add onions and fry until translucent.
Then add the potato cubes, fry them briefly, then pour the stock over them until the potatoes are covered, cook for about 15 minutes. Add the peas and cook a little more.
Puree everything finely with the hand blender (whichever you prefer, you can also leave a few pieces) and season with cayenne pepper, then add the sour cream, stir. Finished.
Then a couple of Vienna sausages (also available as a low-fat version for 1.5 pts. Each)
