• 270 g peanuts, roasted and salted
• 70 ml olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic
• 50 g basil, fresh
• 330 ml water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Black pepper
• sugar

Instructions

1. Puree all ingredients one by one in the food processor. Season to taste with salt, a pinch of sugar and black pepper.
2. Goes well with spaghetti.
