Instructions

1. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.
2. Puree the strawberries and mix with the quark. Fold in the cream and add sugar to taste. Chill until ready to eat.
3. To serve, fill the quark dish in dessert bowls and if you like, you can decorate it with a strawberry or chocolate sprinkle each.
