Whip the cream or Cremefine until stiff. Crumble the meringues into small pieces and lightly toast the flaked almonds in the pan.
Now layer the ingredients in dessert glasses as follows: meringue pieces, cream, frozen raspberries, roasted almond flakes. Repeat alternately until all the ingredients have been used. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Take out of the refrigerator approx. 1 hour before consumption.
