Fry the diced onion in the oil, add the crushed garlic and the roughly grated carrots. Fry for about 5 minutes, then pour in the broth (maybe not all of it right away) so that the carrots become soft. Cook for another 5 minutes. Now add the diced peppers and the spices. Let the liquid almost evaporate, then stir in the processed and cream cheese and season to taste. Add the sliced tomatoes and let them get hot. Tastes good on its own, but also with baguette or steak etc.
