Rub a pan with half of the toe, add the cream and tomatoes and simmer for approx. 3-5 minutes.
Now mix the tomato paste with the basil, oregano, salt and pepper and squeeze in half of the garlic clove. Stir everything until smooth and add to the pan. Stir everything again until smooth and simmer for about 10 minutes at a medium to slightly higher temperature. In the last two minutes, add the Emmentaler and stir constantly until the Emmentaler has melted.
