Instructions

  1. Peel the apples, remove the core and dice. Put in a saucepan and pour the apple juice over it. Steam the apples until soft. If you like, sweeten something with sweetener or sugar and season with vanilla flavor (I used vanilla extract).
  2. Cook the pudding with 250ml milk and without sugar according to the instructions on the package. Stir vigorously.
  3. Set aside to cool, stirring occasionally to prevent skin from forming.
  4. Beat the quark with yoghurt vigorously with the hand mixer. Add the pudding and continue beating vigorously. Add sweetener or sugar to taste.
  5. Now is layering. First distribute half of the quark cream on 4 bowls. Then spread 3/4 of the compote on top. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top, leaving a few for decoration. Then put the rest of the quark cream on top and put a spoonful of compote on top in the middle. Garnish with the walnuts.
  6. Chill for at least 2 hours.
