Mix the crème fraîche, yoghurt and cream cheese. Fold in tomatoes and herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. This recipe is also great for using leftovers.
Depending on what is left, the amounts of yoghurt, crème fraîche & Co. can be varied. If you don`t like it that creamy, just use crème légère and low-fat yogurt.
Optional: You can also stir in finely diced dried tomatoes. Or, if available, seasoned with basil salt instead of sea salt.
