Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Toward the end, remove the vanilla pulp from the pod and add. Mix the mascarpone (and rum) with the egg yolk mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in carefully. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
