Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix the tomatoes with the garlic, mustard, oil, soy sauce, honey and chilli well. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
Oil a baking dish (the fillets should be next to each other, just fill the form) with oil. Put in the chicken fillets, pour the sauce over them and cover with aluminum foil. Fry the chicken fillets in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. After a roasting time of 10 minutes, remove the foil, sprinkle the chicken fillets with sesame seeds and fry them until they are crispy brown. Rice and summer vegetables go well with it.
