Make a crepe dough from milk, flour, eggs, salt and butter, leave to rest for 1/2 hour.
Peel and dice the apples, mix with lemon juice, zest and rum raisins. Carefully boil the sugar into caramel. Add the apples and cook for 5 minutes. Bake the crepe and fill it with the caramelized apples. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and maybe add a spoonful of whipped cream with cinnamon.
