Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the onion rings, add the zucchini slices and fry lightly brown while turning. Now stir in the garlic and rosemary needles. Pour the eggs over it, put a lid on and let the omelette set for about 5 minutes.
