  1. 2 days before preparation, soak the sunflower seeds in water for about 0.5 days, then rinse with water and transfer to a glass, preferably in a germinating glass. Rinse buckwheat with water and pour it into a glass, also preferably in a germinating glass. Buckwheat does not have to be soaked in water to germinate. Rinse the sunflower seeds and buckwheat with water 1 day before preparation, morning and evening. Soak the nuts in water in the evening. Soaking is not strictly necessary. Soaked nuts are only better tolerated. On the day of preparation, grind the nuts with the banana in a blender. Depending on whether you want small pieces of nuts, longer or shorter. Mix buckwheat, sunflower seeds and dried fruits with the nut-banana mix. Spread the mixture thinly on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or dry in the automatic dehydrator at the lowest setting, i.e. at 50 ° C, until the mixture is crispy. Then small pieces can be broken off as muesli bars for snacking or you can crumble the mass and use it as muesli. Both are delicious. The bars will be nice and crispy if you put the baking paper on a grid and not on a tray.
