Instructions

  1. For the crispy breading, we need unsweetened cornflakes, which must first be roughly chopped. You can either chop them up in a plastic bag with a rolling pin, or you can use a blender. Then the eggs are whisked with dried garlic, salt and pepper. The breading sticks to the meat thanks to the eggs.
  2. Then the meat is breaded, to which you roll it first in flour, then you put it in the beaten egg and finally you roll it in the cornflakes. The schnitzels are then fried until crispy over low to medium heat. You can use oil, clarified butter or margarine for frying.
  3. The rolls or buns are cut open and both halves are coated with mayonnaise or tartar sauce. Then add the schnitzel, tomato writing and salad and the crispy chicken burger is ready.
