Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat and place the legs on a baking sheet. After 15 minutes, pour off the excess fat, turn and brush again generously with the marinade. Leave in the oven for another 15 minutes. Pour off the fat, brush again, turn one last time and put everything in the oven for another 10-15 minutes (depending on the thickness of the legs). Now they should be nice and crispy.
