Instructions

  1. Simmer the pasta in hot water for about 2 minutes. Not too long as they are still being fried. Drain in a sieve, rinse in cold water and allow to drain.
  2. Mix the minced meat with 2 tablespoons each of soy sauce and sambal oelek. Wash the spring onions and carrots and cut into rings / fine strips. Heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce in a large pan or wok. Fry the minced meat vigorously in it. Then add the vegetables and fry them briefly. Finally add the noodles and season with soy sauce, Chinese spices, curry and ketjap manis. Then fry again for a maximum of 1 minute at the highest level until crispy (if necessary, add a tablespoon of oil beforehand).
