Preheat the oven to around 170 degrees top and bottom heat.
First separate the two eggs and stir the egg yolks, then roll out the finished puff pastry on a baking tray, brush with the egg yolks and sprinkle with cinnamon if you like. Spread the desired amount of muesli over it, it doesn`t matter which muesli you use. I prefer to eat it with chocolate muesli because it tastes so delicious.
The tray is then placed in the oven and baked for 20 minutes.
Great as breakfast or in between meals and tastes very good both warm and cold.
The recipe becomes lactose-free if you use lactose-free muesli!
