Rinse cucumbers well and soak in cold water for 4-5 hours.
Peel the garlic. Crush in garlic or chop finely.
Wash the aromatic herbs. You can cut it with scissors for more flavor.
Dissolve salt and sugar in cold water. Add pepper and bay leaves.
Prepare an enamel bucket. Pour the prepared brine into it. Place the herbs in the brine. Mix well.
Put the cucumbers in the brine. It should completely cover the cucumbers. Put a plate on top and put a load so that the cucumbers do not float. In a day, crispy salted cucumbers will be ready.
Place ready-made salted cucumbers in the refrigerator, otherwise, they will oxide rate.
