Wash the peppers, remove the stems and remove the white side walls. Then cut the peppers into very small cubes. Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into small cubes.
Let the oil get hot in a pan. Then add the chopped peppers at the same time as the garlic and sweat everything well for about 10 minutes. Then stir in the sour cream, season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 3 to four minutes.
