Clean the spring onions and cut into very fine rings. Remove the outer skin from the brie and finely mash it with a fork. Mix the cardamom and onion rings into the brie.
Mix the quark, milk, salt and oil vigorously. Mix the flour and baking powder, knead into the quark to make a smooth dough.
Roll out the dough about 3 cm thick (approx. 40 x 20 cm). Cut 4 triangles out of it. Place the cheese filling on the lower half of the triangles, roll up tightly towards the tip, squeeze a little and bend into a croissant. Brush with a little cream and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
