Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and chop the mushrooms and zucchini. Fry vigorously in hot fat, season. Stir in the double cream, parsley and cheese. Halve the croissants. Spread the mushroom mixture on the lower half. Bake the covered half and lid at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
