Instructions

  1. First prepare the vegetables for the burger. To do this, cut the tomatoes into slices and the onion into rings. Wash the lettuce and then pluck it into smaller leaves.
  2. Season the ketchup with a little pepper and chilli. There is also a little orange zest. Important: only use untreated oranges!
  3. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Then shape about 200 g patties and fry them for about 4 minutes on each side over medium to high heat (depends on the strength and degree of doneness of the patties). Just before the patties are ready, put a slice of cheese on top of each.
  4. Prepare fried eggs in another pan. Season with salt and pepper as well.
  5. When everything is ready, assemble the burger: Spread the bread roll with ketchup, add a little lettuce, a slice of tomato and a few onion rings. Then a pattie and finally the fried egg.
  6. The crossover burger is ready!
