Instructions

  1. Dice the washed tomatoes very finely (possibly remove some of the kernels beforehand). Finely dice the ham. Cut the spring onion into thin half rings and chop the garlic very finely.
  2. Mix the ricotta with ham, tomatoes, onion, garlic and parmesan and season with the spices.
  3. Brush the slices and bake in the preheated oven (fan oven 225 ° / otherwise 250 °) for approx. 5 minutes. Serve warm!
