Preheat the oven to 175 degrees lower and upper heat.
Brush the bread slices with olive oil (preferably with a pastry brush) and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cut the goat cheese roll into twenty slices, place two of them on a slice of ciabatta. Bake in the preheated oven for eight minutes, then turn on the grill for about two minutes. The inside of the cheese slices should melt and bubble, but not brown.
In the meantime, peel the sharon fruits, remove the stems and cut the pulp into slices.
Cover each bread with a piece of Sharon fruit, sprinkle with pepper and put half a slice of ham on top.
