The raisins can be soaked in red wine with the balsamic vinegar and jelly for 1 - 2 hours.
The onions are cut into thin rings or half rings and fried in olive oil until they are well browned. Now add the sugar and let the onions caramelize. Then the whole thing is extinguished with the red wine balsamic raisins and simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes until the liquid is reduced. Season to taste with fleur de sel.
In the meantime, place the bread slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and coat them with a little olive oil. Bake at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes.
The warm onion jam and a piece of goat cream cheese are placed on the still warm bread.
