How to make croutons with sour cream and garlic sauce:
Grill the bread. If you fry bread in a frying pan, then you need to grease slices of bread with butter on both sides and fry until light golden brown (1-1.5 minutes).

Chop the dill as small as possible.
Garlic can be chopped or passed through a garlic press. It’s a matter of taste. If you like garlic and want to taste it really well in the sauce, just chop the garlic cloves with a knife.
