Instructions

  1. Press the garlic and set aside.
  2. Cut the toast into small cubes.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Add the toast and toast, turning, until it has turned golden yellow.
  4. Take the bread out of the pan, dry it on kitchen paper and let it cool down.
  5. The croutons go well with soups. I serve it with excellent wild garlic soup or tomato soup with yoghurt (see under my recipes).
