- Press the garlic and set aside.
- Cut the toast into small cubes.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Add the toast and toast, turning, until it has turned golden yellow.
- Take the bread out of the pan, dry it on kitchen paper and let it cool down.
- The croutons go well with soups. I serve it with excellent wild garlic soup or tomato soup with yoghurt (see under my recipes).
