For the dough, put the flour with the salt and milk in a mixing bowl and stir from the center with a whisk. Add the eggs and stir in the melted butter. Put a little batter into the pan and bake thin crepes.
Wash, stem and puree the strawberries so that there are no more pieces.
For the quark cream, stir together the quark, crème fraîche, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add about half of the pureed strawberries.
Fold the crepes into a triangle and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Put the quark cream next to it. Pour the remaining strawberry sauce as well. Whole strawberries that were left over can now be used for decoration.
