Prepare a dough from the ingredients from soy flour to water, that works quite well with a wooden spoon. Don`t worry, you can`t taste the olive oil.
Put the dough in the molds that have been greased with margarine and prepared with breadcrumbs, press up a little on the edge.
Put the mug of yogurt in a small bowl and mix with the sugar, vanilla and cornstarch. Roughly grate the apple with the skin (without the core) and immediately fold it into the yoghurt so that it does not turn brown. Now pour this mixture onto the dough in the molds.
Baking time at 180 degrees approx. 30-35 minutes. Please do a chopstick test. (I baked in the Omnia oven again and therefore cannot give the exact baking time for the oven)
