Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus on the lower third and remove the woody piece, clean the mushrooms with a brush and cut into slices. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms vigorously for about 5 minutes, turning every now and then. Take out of the pan and set aside.
  2. Heat some coconut oil in the pan again, add the garlic and asparagus and fry for about 5 minutes until the garlic begins to take on color, now add a little water and put the lid on the pan. Steam for another 5-10 minutes until the asparagus is firm to the bite. Now add the mushrooms again and briefly braise everything together again. Season with herb salt and pepper, stir in the parsley and serve.
