Instructions

  1. Put the vinegar, sugar, herb salt, pepper, caraway seeds, mustard and water in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Wash the apple, do not peel it. Remove the core and cut into cubes and immediately add to the dressing in the bowl and mix with it.
  3. Cut the cabbage into strips that are not too small. Wash the leek thoroughly and cut into strips.
  4. Also add to the bowl and mix in.
  5. Let the salad stand for about 1 hour. If necessary, season again with salt, sugar and pepper. Add the olive oil and mix.
  6. I always add the olive oil to salads with cabbage just before serving. I think the dressing mixes better with the ingredients without oil.
  7. If you don`t like caraway, you can leave it out without any problems
