- Put the vinegar, sugar, herb salt, pepper, caraway seeds, mustard and water in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Wash the apple, do not peel it. Remove the core and cut into cubes and immediately add to the dressing in the bowl and mix with it.
- Cut the cabbage into strips that are not too small. Wash the leek thoroughly and cut into strips.
- Also add to the bowl and mix in.
- Let the salad stand for about 1 hour. If necessary, season again with salt, sugar and pepper. Add the olive oil and mix.
- I always add the olive oil to salads with cabbage just before serving. I think the dressing mixes better with the ingredients without oil.
- If you don`t like caraway, you can leave it out without any problems
