Grease 6 small molds (the same size as for muffins) with butter and dust with a little almond flour. I had molds like the ones used for Pasteis de Nata.
Mix the eggs, butter, vanilla and stevia thoroughly with a whisk, stir in the cottage cheese, mix the almond flour with the baking powder, add and stir in thoroughly. If you like it even sweeter, you should work carefully with more stevia.
I baked the whole thing in the molds in an Omnia oven on the gas stove. Baking time 45 minutes. In a normal oven I would bake this at about 180 degrees with top and bottom heat for about 35 minutes
