Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes into smaller cubes and set aside. Heat some coconut oil in a pan, beat the eggs into the pan and cook over low heat. Every now and then go through the eggs with the spatula. When the eggs are almost set, add the tomato pieces and sprouts. The whole thing takes about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
