Using a bowl, cut half of the tortillas into smaller circles (these will later become the lids).
Fry the minced meat in a pan and season with chili powder, garlic, salt, pepper and a little curry powder.
Wash and cut the lettuce. Chop the tomato and cut the onion into small cubes.
For the guacamole, mash the avocado with a fork and place in a bowl with the chopped tomatoes. Add the diced onion.
Place a tortilla wrap that has not been cut out on a plate and put some of the minced meat in the middle. Spread some of the nacho cheese dip on top and cover everything with slightly chopped nacho chips. Top with a dollop of crème fraîche and some of the salad. Finally, spread the homemade guacamole and some of the grated cheese on top.
Place the smaller cut-out wrap on top. Fold the sides of the lower wrap up and place the filled wrap with the closed side in a pan and fry over medium heat without oil. Turn and fry again for 1 to 2 minutes.
