Instructions

  1. Spread the slice of bread with margarine. Cut out the inside of the bread (in one piece). The border should be as thick as a finger.
  2. Heat the fat in a pan. Put in the border, crack open the egg, place in the border, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the middle piece on top and fry until crispy on both sides. Use 2 spatulas when turning.
