Mix the flakes and grains in a bowl. Put the oil and syrup (or honey) in a pan and heat. Then stir in the flakes and kernels mix. Then spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put in the oven and heat to 150 degrees. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Then let it cool down and fill it into a sealable glass.
Serve with apples, bananas, kiwis, grapes or oranges and yogurt. Also super easy to nibble on.
