Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Mix the oat flakes, flaked almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, cinnamon / vanilla, honey and oil in a bowl. Place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and distribute on top. Roast for about 25-30 minutes, turning every now and then so that it doesn`t get too dark. Let cool down completely. Finely dice the dried fruit and mix in. The muesli can be kept airtight for approx. 2 weeks. It tastes very tasty with fresh fruit of your choice (e.g. banana) and a mixture of natural yoghurt, a little lemon juice and honey.
