Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the pecans and almonds. Mix the oatmeal, almonds, nuts and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
  2. Heat the water, oil and honey a little until the honey has dissolved. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients, stir until everything is evenly distributed.
  3. Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake the muesli in the oven at 130 ° C on the middle rack for about 30-40 minutes until browned. Turn the muesli every 10 minutes. Allow to cool and after cooling mix in the raisins.
  4. Nuts and dried fruits can of course be varied as desired. You can also add chopped chocolate after cooling. Store in a dry place.
