Mix the flaxseed meal, sesame seeds and a pinch of salt with the nuts.
Then heat the butter, honey, agave syrup and lemon juice in a saucepan and cook for about 3 minutes until everything caramelises.
Now stir in the nuts mixed with the flax seeds and sesame seeds, spread the mixture on baking paper and press flat with a spoon.
Cool and dry for 20 minutes and then cut into bars with a knife (makes approx. 14 bars).
The nut bars can be stored in a can at room temperature or in the refrigerator. When stored in the refrigerator, they are especially crunchy!
The nut mix can be put together as desired (e.g. peanuts, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds). If you like, you can also replace some of the nuts with dried fruit (e.g. raisins or cranberries).
