- Boil the potatoes, let them cool and peel them.
- Cut the radishes into slices. Halve the cucumber lengthways and cut into slices. Finely dice the onions. Cut the chives into rings.
- Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar together. Mix in the oil, add onion cubes and chives rings.
- Slice the potatoes and mix with the vinaigrette. Add the radishes and cucumber slices and leave to stand, covered, for approx. 30 minutes.
- Season the salad again to taste and serve.
