Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl and pour in the yeast water. Mix all ingredients very briefly with a fork, the dough should be quite runny. If necessary, add another 50 ml lukewarm water. Cover the bowl with cling film and let the dough rise for 1.5 hours.
Heat the oven to 230 degrees circulating air and place a bowl of water on the bottom of the oven. Line the tray with baking paper and cut off the dough with a tablespoon. Then spread a few sunflower seeds on each roll and dust them with a little flour.
