Heat the oil in a pan and brown the almonds, sesame seeds and oat flakes in it. Spread the honey over it and stir the grain mix until the honey has dissolved well. Then let the mixture cool on a plate.
Put one tablespoon of applesauce in each of 4 dessert glasses or bowls, then put two tablespoons of yoghurt on each and sprinkle with crunchy mix. Then layer the puree and yoghurt again and garnish with the rest of the crispy mix.
A delicious and light dessert. Also suitable for the breakfast table and for brunch.
