Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken / turkey into small cubes and fry in oil. Cut the spring onions into thin rings. Chop or press the garlic. Put all ingredients one after the other in a saucepan and simmer. If necessary, extend with beef broth if the soup is too thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
