Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and halve the cucumbers and cut into not too thin slices. Bring the broth to the boil in a larger saucepan, add the cucumber slices and bring the soup to a boil. It takes about 1 hour in total.
  2. Peel and dice the onions. Fry together with the minced meat in a little oil until the minced meat is crumbly. Wash and peel the potatoes and do not dice too finely. After 40 minutes of cooking, add the potato cubes and the onion and mince mixture to the cucumber in the pot and simmer the soup for another 20 minutes.
  3. Then remove the saucepan from the heat, pour the sweet and sour cream into the soup, stir and season the cucumber soup with salt, pepper and lots of curry. Wash and chop the dill and sprinkle over the soup before serving.
