Wash, peel, hollow out and chop the cucumber. Peel the grapefruit - so that the white skin is completely off - and fillet. Squeeze the remains of the filleted grapefruit.
Put the cucumber and grapefruit fillets in a bowl.
For the dressing, put oil, 40 ml grapefruit juice, honey, mixed herbs, salt and pepper in a bowl and stir well.
Add the dressing to the cucumber and grapefruit fillets and mix everything together.
