Wash the cucumber, peel it if necessary, cut it in half lengthways and scrape out the seeds with a small spoon. Then cut the cucumber into small cubes. Cut the onion into small cubes.
Peel, quarter and slice the kiwi fruit. Peel and halve the avocado, remove the stone, halve lengthways and cut across into thin slices.
Mix the lemon juice with salt, pepper, honey and oil to make a creamy sauce. Mix these with the salad ingredients, season again to taste. Pluck the leaves from the parsley and cut them into fine strips, or cut the chives into rolls. Mix loosely into the salad.
Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Take out 10 minutes before eating so that it is still slightly cool.
