Instructions

  1. Peel and core the cucumber and cut into small pieces. Peel the mango, cut from the stone and cut into cubes.
  2. Then put the cucumber and mango together with the low-fat yogurt, agave syrup (alternative honey) and mint in a blender and mix well.
  3. The smoothie tastes best when the mango and cucumber have been chilled beforehand.
